Privacy statement

This privacy statement informs users about the type, scope and purposes of the recording and use of personal data by the responsible service-provider, Löwenstein Medical Technology GmbH + Co. KG, Kronsaalsweg 40, 22525 Hamburg, Germany, on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the offering”).

The service-provider records data about every access to the offering (so-called server log files). Access data includes:

The name of the website called up, file, date and time of call-up, quantity of data transmitted, report about successful call-up, information about your system, such as browser type, version and operating system. Every login attempt is also logged by the service-provider, recording the e-mail address entered, the time of the login attempt and your IP address.

The service-provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluation for the purposes of operating, securing and optimizing the offering. However, the service-provider reserves the right to inspect the log data retrospectively if there are concrete grounds for justifiably suspecting illegal use.

Registration function

To use the offering, a contract must have been concluded between your company and Löwenstein Medical Technology GmbH & Co. KG. For more information, please contact Customer Service.

The data entered in the course of registering new users will be used for the purposes of using the offering. Users may be informed by e-mail about information relevant to the offering or to registration, such as amendments to the scope of the offering or technical circumstances. The data recorded can be seen from the input screen during registration.

We record, process and store personal data only for the purposes specified in the contract. Such data is not passed on to third parties unless required to fulfill the contract. Our employees and service-providers commissioned by us in the context of fulfilling orders undertake to observe all data protection regulations and to maintain confidentiality.

Your rights to information, rectification, blocking, deletion and objection

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You likewise have the right to rectification, blocking and, except for the storage of data specified for doing business, to the deletion of your personal data. You can make changes to or revoke your consent with effect for the future by letting us know accordingly.

Amendment to our data protection provisions

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement from time to time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy statement, e.g. when new services are introduced. The new privacy statement will then apply when you next visit.
